1. Service Agreement

By engaging Tivhaserjo for auto service, you agree to these terms. Our services include diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs as specified in your service quote.

2. Pricing & Payment

Quotations are valid for 7 days. Payment is due upon service completion unless alternative arrangements are documented. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.

3. Liability & Warranty

All work performed carries a 30-day warranty on parts and labour. Tivhaserjo is not liable for indirect damages, loss of use, or data loss. Your vehicle is serviced at your own risk.

4. Vehicle Liability

Tivhaserjo exercises reasonable care during service. However, we are not responsible for theft, vandalism, or damage from third parties while your vehicle is in our facility.

5. Customer Data & Privacy

Personal information collected during service is processed in accordance with Malaysian data protection regulations. We do not share your data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6. Service Cancellation

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before appointment. Late cancellations may incur diagnostic fees already incurred.

7. Disputes

Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved claims are subject to Malaysian arbitration laws.
